AD Taylor Joiner Ltd were established in 2001 by Andrew Taylor (the director), a specialist Manchester Joiner with over 30 years industry experience and 25 years experience in restoration & conservation; and enjoy an enviable reputation across the North West for good reason.

We have worked for large companies overseen by The English Heritage, The Princes Trust and the National Trust, which have enlisted the help of Andrew Taylor on various occasions to manage the restoration work of Grade 1 and Grade 2 listed properties in the Northwest. Appointment by such organisations reflects our reputation as specialists, operating at the highest level.

Specialist Joiners

A D Taylor Joiners specifically specialise in traditional roofing including lead line gutters an sumps, also sliding sash window restoration and conservation, we would undertake the joinery packages for the structural timber elements for grade 1 listed buildings for larger main contractors overseen by English Heritage, The National Trust and the Princes Trust.

25 Years Experience

We have completed restoration of some high profile buildings in the last few years especially, including an 18 month contract in Westminster Abbey, and 20 months on Uphill Manor Western Supermare, Middleport Pottery in Stoke, The Lion Salt Works in Northwhich, new roofs to Lancaster Castle Gate house and new extensions, also refurbished all the windows at Lancaster Castle, I personally have been working in Restoration and conservation for 25 years and have set up my own company in 2007
